HOW IT WORKS

1HOUR OF SWEAT & STRATEGY.

The event is done in pairs.

Each of the 6BLOX lasts 10 minutes and starts with a 750m run.

Then it's max effort on a piece of equipment for the remaining time.

The faster you run, the more time you get on the equipment.

How it works

  • The Run.

    Both partners run, but you don’t have to run together.

    Whoever finishes first can start on the equipment.

    In total, you’ll both run 750m x 6.

  • The Workouts.

    Work as a team to rack up reps or cals on each BLOX.


    Tag in and out to build your score.


    Stop as soon as the 10 minutes are up, then move on to the next BLOX - starting with the 750m run.

    1. Ski Erg (cals)

    2. Wall Balls (reps)

    3. Row Erg (cals)

    4. KettleBell Swings (reps)

    5. Bike Erg (cals)

    6. Burpees to Plate (reps)

  • The Final Score.

    Your total = all reps + cals across the 6BLOX.
